Try Some Fitness Quickies -1-minute or less
Don’t have time for full workout today? No sweat. If you can find just one free minute, then you can do these easy workouts. If you find four free minutes though out the day you’ll hit all the major muscle groups.
Do Standing Push-Ups against the wall.
Keep a light hand weight by the phone or TV and get in a few biceps curls. Lift and lower the weight slowly and steadily to max results.
Climb mall escalator steps as you ascend or better yet, take the stairs.
Get in a round of jumping jacks. Stop and rest as often as you need to; pretty soon you’ll be able to do a full minute without stopping.
